Membership dues will be deposited into the general fund of AJS and will support the broad mission and efforts of the organization. The allocation of membership dues to the various activities of AJS is the sole discretion of the professional staff and board of directors. Membership dues are allocable to expenditures for lobbying or other expenditures described in section 162(e)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code. No portion of membership dues are deductible as a business expense or charitable contributions.

Contributions, dues and assessments made to Americans for Job Security are not deductible as charitable contributions.
