"On behalf of Americans for Job Security, I applaud the administration's efforts to start a discussion about reforming America's tax code. While we believe the top corporate tax rate must be lower than 28 percent, this is an excellent place to begin the dialogue. We must drive down the corporate tax rate, simplify and modernize our archaic tax code and eliminate senseless taxes, fees and regulations that stifle job growth and innovation. Comprehensive corporate tax reform is necessary for our nation to stay competitive and our local businesses to expand, grow and create jobs for the American workforce."
