ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Stephen DeMaura, President of Americans for Job Security, today released the following statement after the acting National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) General Counsel Lafe Solomon sarcastically wrote "We screwed up the U.S. economy":

"More than 15 million people out of work is no joking matter. The president needs to show that he is serious about fixing the economy and that the NLRB's General Counsel mocking unemployed Americans who are desperately seeking work is unacceptable. On behalf of Americans for Job Security, I strongly urge President Obama to replace the acting NLRB General Counsel Lafe Solomon with someone who is doesn't take the task of economic recovery so lightly."
